iv'e never not been able to chat with someone, but sometimes they do just cut you off, even though am not being rude or overly demanding. I don't know whether its gonna take them 2 days to get paid out or 3 weeks.
I understand that at the end of the day they are a business and they just want the customers money BUT they should play fair and be consistent and prompt with paying out when the customer has won when satisfying the conditions. However I seem not to be VIP status any more which means that I will probably wait and wait and wait for my withdrawal to be processed, which is rubbish. At some point I seem to have reached VIP status which seemed to mean that I was paid out quicker, so for a while this casino seemed not that much different from other online casino's, which typically means that as long as you satisfy the X50 bonus or the 2.5 times your deposit then you can make a withdrawal. I've never not been paid out but then iv'e never had a big win withdrawal either. My first withdrawal took forever and by that I mean the best part of a month but after that my withdrawals started to be processed quicker. Iv'e got no idea whether they are pirated or not but the games I like to play are enjoyable.
